Our Story
Some things don't need reinventing.
In 1946, Provino Mosca — an Italian immigrant — and his wife Lisa came south from Chicago Heights, Illinois, and opened a roadhouse on U.S. 90 in Westwego, Louisiana, on the West Bank, just outside New Orleans.
It has never moved. It has never left the family. Eight decades later, it's still the only Mosca's there has ever been — the same red gravy, the same seasoned oysters, the same wood paneling.
And yes — we're still doing it this way.
